Ozcare Port Douglas Aged Care Facility is seeking a full time Registered Nurse to support residents at our Port Douglas home. You will coordinate care, conduct assessments and help develop personalised care plans while supporting the clinical team with AN-ACC documentation.
You will supervise Care Assistants, liaise with residents, families and a multidisciplinary team to achieve positive outcomes and maintain high standards of care in a welcoming, community-focused setting.
