Opportunity to lead design team with Health, Education and Residential projects. Boutique studio with strong pipeline of work.

A small design studio with projects across Health, Education, Hospitality,Commercial, Community, and Residential are looking for a Graduate/Architect with a keen interest in Health projects.Good verbal and written communication skills are essentialand the ability to work in a team is essential.Enthusiasm and eagerness for career progression within small to mid-sized projects across these sectors is a must.

Key responsibilities n

n
- Contribute to a variety of local Commercial, Education and Health projects
n
- Revit modelling and documentation
n
- Work closely with existing team members
n
- Undertake design projects from concept to completion
n




- Production of working drawings, detailing and delivery and implementation of drawing packages
n
- Client and consultant coordination
n

Skills and experience nn
- Enthusiasm and curiosity in the health sector
n
- Robust Revitdocumentation experience within an architectural practice required
n
- Great attitude and a hands-on approach
n
- Experience in the health sector is beneficial but not critical
n
- Local knowledge of Access code and BCAs essential
n
