The Fresh Collective is currently seeking passionate Casual Barista All-rounders to join their team at the Australian Museum. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are enthusiastic about coffee and have a strong desire to provide exceptional service in a dynamic environment.

About the role

n

n
- Make coffee to a high quality and appearance
n
- Take orders and enter in POS
n
- Provide a high-quality service to guests
n
- 20 to 25 hours weekly
n
- Day Shift on Monday to Sunday
n
- On Wednesdays, the day shifts may extend until 9pm
n
- Hourly rate: Mon-Fri at $33.85 Sat at $40.62 Sun at $47.39 plus super
n

About You

n

n
- Ideally 2 years Barista experience in a rapid-paced environment
n
- Excellent knowledge and passion in making all types of espresso coffee
n
- Ability to dial in grinders, maintain consistency during a busy burst.
n
- A team player who can work independently
n




- Well presented with a great work ethic and a positive attitude
n
- Excellent communication skills
n
- Hold valid RSA
n
- Valid full time working rights in Australia
n
