Metricon Homes is seeking an experienced and customer focused Service & Warranty Manager to lead the delivery of outstanding post construction warranty services. This leadership role will oversee warranty operations, contractor performance, customer satisfaction, team development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
The role can be based in Bendigo or Shepparton and reports to the Area Building Manager.
