About the Role

As a key member of our team and one of the faces of the business, you'll help customers find the right solutions for their vehicles while contributing to the sales and success of our store.

You'll work across tyres, wheels, servicing and repairs, building strong customer relationships and ensuring every customer receives a professional and positive experience.

Your Day Will Include

- Identifying customer needs and confidently recommending suitable products and services in relation to tyres, servicing, repairs and vehicle maintenance.

- Driving sales through effective upselling and cross-selling

- Building long-term customer relationships through trust and exceptional service

- Managing front-counter, phone enquiries and collection of payment

- Preparing quotes, invoices, bookings and customer follow-ups





- Coordinating workflow between customers and workshop technicians

- Stock Management

- Helping maintain a smooth, efficient and high-performing store

What We’re Looking For

We’re interested in people, not just résumés.

You may have previous experience in tyres, mechanical, automotive — or you may be someone with the right attitude who is eager to learn the Tyre and Mechanical Industry.

We’re looking for someone who has:

- Strong customer service and communication skills

- Sales experience (Essential)

- POS experience

- A genuine interest in cars and the automotive industry

- A positive attitude and willingness to learn

- Confidence speaking with customers and building relationships

- Motivation to achieve sales and customer service goals

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail/workshop environment

- Confidence using computers and POS systems (Marlin experience highly regarded)

- A current Australian Driver's Licence

Automotive, tyre experience is highly regarded, but not essential for the right person. Training and support will be provided to help you develop your product knowledge and sales skills.
