Key responsibilities n

Online banking payments, file uploads and bank account establishment

n

Processing investor applications, redemptions and transfers

n

Maintaining CRM database

n

Maintaining obligation diary system

n

Maintain register of investors and associates information

n

Preparation and distribution of statements, reports and notices

n





Group email inbox management

n

Electronic filing

n

Undertake, review and document research in relation to clients and investors, including ASIC searches, website searches, verifying documentation received, and organisational charts

About you n

Outstanding attention to detail - candidates will be tested on this

n

Ability to follow processes in sequence is essential

n

Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills

n

Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks

n

Ability to manage time effectively, handle competing priorities and meet strict deadlines

n

High level verbal and written communication skills

n

Ability to face challenges with a positive, forward-thinking attitude
