THE ROLE

- Customer service & front counter enquiries
- Answering phones & responding to customer enquiries
- Tyre, wheel and automotive quotes
- Booking vehicles into the workshop Software
- Following up quotes and potential sales
- Building strong relationships with customers
- Assisting with fleet and business customers
- Processing invoices, orders and general administration
- Helping keep the front counter running smoothly

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- Has automotive or tyre industry experience
- Has solid sales and customer service skills
- Can confidently quote tyres, wheels and automotive work




- Is organised and can manage multiple jobs at once
- Has a friendly, professional attitude
- Is reliable and takes pride in their work
- Can work as part of a busy team
- Has the confidence to pick up the phone and chase a sale!

Experience in tyres, wheels, mechanical or automotive sales is highly regarded.
