Golding Contractors seeks an experienced Training Superintendent to lead the site Training Department at the Baralaba Mining Project. This role partners with operational leaders to ensure the workforce is trained, competent and compliant with legislation, client and company requirements.
Reporting to the SHET Manager, you will develop training plans, manage LMS and records, coordinate inductions and drive continuous improvement across site to support safe, effective operations.
