Commercial Cleaning Supervisor Wanted – Sydney
We are an established commercial cleaning company looking for a reliable and motivated Supervisor to join our growing team.
Work Schedule
- 6 days per week (Monday–Saturday or Sunday–Friday)
- 6:00am – 3:00pm (some flexibility available)
- Weekly pay – to be discussed at interview
Requirements
- Own vehicle (essential)
- Minimum 2 years' cleaning experience OR at least 1 year of supervisory experience
- Experience in commercial cleaning or team management (e.g. pubs, clubs, strata)
About You
- Reliable, punctual and well-organised
- Robust communication skills
- Able to lead a team and maintain high cleaning standards across multiple sites
- Proactive problem-solver who takes ownership of the role
Responsibilities
- Supervising cleaners across multiple commercial sites
- Conducting site inspections and quality checks
- Managing staff attendance and covering shifts when required
- Liaising with clients and addressing any concerns promptly
