We operate across multiple sites and states delivering services including packaging, product destruction, candles, 3PL, Return and Earn sites, RVM Cleaning services and programs.

About the Role n

As a Support Worker in Employment, you will work alongside supported employees in a warehouse-based environment, helping them learn, grow, and succeed in real work activities.

n

You will provide hands-on coaching, encouragement, and guidance while ensuring tasks such as packaging and product destruction are completed safely and to standard. This role is as much about people support, wellbeing, and confidence-building as it is about daily operations.

Key Responsibilities n

Provide hands-on support to employees in packaging, cleaning, and warehouse activities

n

Coach, guide, and encourage employees to build skills and independence at work

n

Support safe and inclusive participation in daily work tasks

n





Follow individual support needs and promote dignity, choice, and wellbeing

n

Monitor safety, risks, and WHS requirements in the workplace

n

Complete documentation including ESP records, incident reports, and support notes

n

Support onboarding, training, and daily engagement of employees

n

Work collaboratively with supervisors and employment coordinators

About You n

You are a caring, patient, and practical person who enjoys supporting others to learn and succeed in a work environment.

You will have: n

Experience in disability support, employment support, or warehouse environments

n

A person-centred, supportive, and encouraging approach

n

Robust communication and ability to follow support plans

n

Understanding of WHS and safe work practices

n

Ability to support people with diverse abilities in a workplace setting

n

First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)

n

NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)

n

Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting
