Ovolo Group is hiring an F&B; Supervisor for Monster Kitchen and Bar in Australia. You will design, create and implement cocktails, lead the bar team, and work with the F&B; General Manager to ensure smooth operations across shifts in a 7-day rotating roster.
We expect at least three years of restaurant operations and event delivery experience. You will recruit, train and manage staff, uphold high service standards, and drive a positive team culture while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
