What You'll Be Responsible For

- Leading the Service and Parts departments
- Managing workshop workflow with the Workshop Manager
- Monitoring technician productivity and performance
- Supporting staff development and training
- Ensuring build targets and quality standards are achieved
- Overseeing accurate and timely paperwork completion
- Achieving Toyota Excellence and internal performance targets
- Identifying opportunities to improve department performances
- Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For

- Automotive industry management experience
- Current manual driver's licence
- Robust leadership and people management skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage competing demands
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
