We are seeking an experienced and hands‑on Warehouse Supervisor to lead our day‑to‑day warehouse operations and support the continued growth of our business.

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will oversee warehouse activities from receipting through to dispatch, ensuring inventory accuracy, operational efficiency and exceptional service standards. As the operational leader on the warehouse floor, you'll play a key role in developing team capability, maintaining safety standards and driving continuous improvement across the warehouse function.

The Role

In this role, you will:

- Lead and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receipting, replenishment, picking, packing and dispatch.
- Supervise, coach and develop a high‑performing warehouse team.
- Drive inventory accuracy through effective stock control, cycle counts and stocktakes.
- Manage warehouse workflows, resources and transport schedules to meet operational targets.
- Champion safety, compliance and continuous improvement across all warehouse activities.

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in a Warehouse Supervisor, Team Leader or similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).




- Current LF Forklift Licence and a strong commitment to workplace safety.
- Excellent leadership, communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
