Heart HQ are looking for a Full - Time Medical Receptionist to join our team! The right person will be wanting to provide positive outcomes and create a caring environment for our patients as the first point of contact at our busy practices.

A robust candidate will exhibit;

Previous experience in a medical practice, desirable - however previous administration experience is essential.

Proficient in medical practice software (preferably Health track) is an advantage.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities

Must be patient, considerate and empathetic

Hard working, reliable and detail orientated with a can do attitude
