Tomodachi is looking for experienced and motivated kitchen staff to join our team at our Cabramatta location. We are seeking reliable team members with experience in cooking and sushi preparation who can thrive in a busy, fast-paced kitchen workplace.
Key responsibilities
- General cooking and food preparation
- Sushi preparation and production
- Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards
- Preparing ingredients and assisting with daily kitchen operations
- Working collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
About you
- Sushi-making experience is highly regarded
- Availability to work weekends is essential
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork, communication and time-management skills
- A positive attitude, reliability and willingness to learn
- Ability to maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene and presentation

Tomodachi is an established hospitality team operating at our Cabramatta location with full-day shifts available between 9:00 am and 10:00 pm.
