Job Description

We are a long-established Caloundra-based manufacturer seeking a Production Team Member to assist with product assembly and other manufacturing tasks as required.

Key responsibilities n

Perform product assembly and finishing tasks to a high standard

n

Prepare plastic parts for the metallising process

n

Check completed metallised products to ensure a high-quality finish

n

Maintain a clean, organised and safe working setting

n

Follow production procedures, equipment operating instructions and safety requirements

n

Manage time effectively and plan, organise and monitor the completion of assigned tasks

n

Assist with other manufacturing and production tasks as required

About you n

High attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality

n

Ability to work effectively in a physically active and fast-paced environment

n

Good planning and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and adapt to changing requirements

n





Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team

n

Ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment

n

Ability to follow equipment operating and maintenance procedures

n

Strong focus on workplace health and safety

n

Team player, eager to learn a variety of skills and reliable on a day-to-day basis

n

Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous but not necessary

n

The position will be casual initially, with the possibility of full-time employment being offered to the right applicant.
