Seeking an experienced Social Media & Online Retail Manager to join our dynamic team at Discovery Noosa. In this part-time role, you will be responsible for driving the company's social media strategy and overseeing our online retail operations. Work from our up-to-date office located in Noosaville, Queensland.

What you'll be doing

- Manage and execute the company's social media strategy across all platforms
- Create engaging and compelling content to build brand awareness and drive customer engagement
- Monitor and analyse social media performance, and optimise campaigns to improve results
- Oversee the management of our online retail store, including inventory, pricing, and customer service
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media and e-commerce initiatives




- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices

What we're looking for

- Minimum 3 years' experience in a social media management or digital marketing role
- Proven track record of planning and executing successful social media campaigns
- Strong understanding of e-commerce operations and online retail best practices
- Excellent written and visual communication skills, with the ability to create high-quality content
- Proficient in using social media management tools, analytics platforms, and e-commerce software
- Keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
