Job Description
Tasman Rope Access is seeking a seasoned Workforce Planner to coordinate 90–21 day planning across Australia, overseeing labour, equipment and resources for shutdowns and projects.

Reporting to the Planning Manager, you will liaise with clients and internal teams, monitor fatigue, and ensure rosters are accurate and timely in a quick-paced, inclusive environment. Microsoft 365, Excel and integrated planning systems are used daily to drive decisions.
