CBRE GWS Local seeks a dedicated Facilities Incident Response Handyperson to provide rostered coverage for building services incidents and alarms across campus. The role trains on steam boiler blow downs and coordinates with FIR Technicians as the first responder.
You will monitor alarms, perform basic HVAC tasks, and escalate unresolved issues to specialist contractors while ensuring safety and reporting needs are met. This is a permanent in office position with CBRE facilities.
