Bayside Group is seeking a Building Assessor to conduct condition assessments across publicly owned buildings in the greater Melbourne area. You will travel to multiple sites, collecting data with tablets, 3D imaging cameras or smartphones, and record the current state of building fabrics such as cladding, walls and ceilings.
The role requires solid knowledge of construction materials, defect identification and data capture accuracy.
