Wilson Security is seeking a full time National Operations Centre Operator – Security to join its Essendon Fields site. You will coordinate and dispatch mobile patrol services across a national client base from a 24/7 Operations Centre, acting as the liaison between field staff, service providers and clients to ensure timely responses and high service standards.
Today’s role requires managing incidents, officer welfare, and CCTV events while maintaining accurate records and adhering to SOPs.
