OneHarvest is seeking a Senior Food Safety Technician in Sydney to lead the Food Safety Management System and mentor operation and hygiene teams. This hands-on role drives improvements in HACCP, GMP, and quality standards while supporting NPD trials and supplier assurance activities.
You will report to the Site Technical Manager and collaborate with Production to ensure world-class food safety and regulatory compliance across a fast-paced FMCG setting.
