Arrow Off-Road Cambridge is seeking an Engineering leader to manage new program launches and APQP activities at the Cambridge facility. You will oversee cross-functional teams to deliver engineering deliverables, manage timing plans, and ensure production readiness in alignment with customer expectations.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 5–10 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, with solid GD&T; knowledge and hands-on experience in metal fabrication, welding,
