Maintaining ISO accreditation - overseeing compliance of IMS - internal and external audits

Overseeing employee and plant onboarding to projects

Managing employee training and competencies

Managing return to work cases

Developing and maintaining safety documentation - SWMS, Risk Assessments, etc

Monitoring compliance with safety and environmental legislation

Carrying out incident reports, witness statements, etc

Carrying out weekly site inspections and toolbox talks

Standard work hours - 50hrs per week (6:30am to 4:30pm- adaptable)
