Job Description

GLOBAL RE PTY LTD As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns to support the Company's business objectives and brand growth. You will work closely with management and the sales team to coordinate property marketing, digital campaigns, content development and promotional activities.

The role will also involve monitoring marketing performance, analysing market information and providing recommendations to improve brand awareness, customer engagement and lead generation. Task & responsibilities

- Conduct market research to identify market opportunities, customer trends and relevant industry developments.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies, campaigns and promotional plans to support business growth.
- Manage the Company's branding and corporate identity across marketing channels and promotional materials.
- Coordinate property marketing campaigns and advertising activities.
- Manage social media and digital marketing activities, including content planning and campaign coordination.
- Develop and coordinate marketing content, including written content, graphics, videos and promotional materials.




- Provide marketing advice and recommendations to management and the sales team.
- Develop strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement and lead generation.
- Gather and analyse marketing data and campaign performance and provide recommendations to management.

Qualification & experience

- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant marketing experience.
- Experience developing and implementing marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, social media and online advertising.
- Experience developing marketing content and promotional materials.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational, analytical and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple marketing activities.
