Custumer Service Pricing & Carrier Procurement Coordinator) - Logistics

MoveIt4u is a fourth-party logistics business helping customers manage their transport and supply chain requirements through a network of carriers and logistics partners.

We are looking for a commercially minded Pricing & Carrier Procurement Coordinator to manage customer quoting, strengthen our carrier relationships and expand our supplier network. This role will help us win new business and support existing customers with competitive, accurate and timely pricing. the role

A key part of your role will be proactively engaging with existing and new carriers to understand their capabilities, negotiate rates and identify opportunities to improve our transport offering. You will maintain the business's rate information and turn customer requirements into practical, commercially sound quotes.

Key responsibilities

Preparing accurate and timely quotes for existing and prospective customers.

Sourcing and negotiating competitive carrier rates while protecting business margins.

Identifying and engaging new carriers to expand our supplier base across relevant locations, routes and services.

Building strong relationships with existing carriers and regularly reviewing their rates and capabilities.

Maintaining current rate schedules, including fuel levies, surcharges, service conditions and quote validity.

Comparing carrier options based on price, reliability,



capacity and suitability for each customer's requirements.

Working closely with our operations and commercial teams to ensure quoted services can be delivered.

Following up quotes, recording outcomes and using customer feedback to improve pricing competitiveness.

Supporting customer tenders and identifying opportunities to attract new business.

About you

Experience in transport or logistics pricing, quoting, carrier procurement or a closely related role.

An understanding of freight rates, transport services and the factors that affect cost.

Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to approach current carriers.

Commercial judgement and an understanding of the balance between competitive pricing, service quality and profitability.

Strong attention to detail and confidence working with numbers, spreadsheets and rate information.

Clear communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.

A proactive approach—you enjoy finding options, solving problems and following opportunities through.

Experience with palletised freight, container transport or working across multiple carriers would be valuable.
