About the role

As a Mechanic Technician at Wakeling Automotive's Moss Vale dealership, you will work across a wide-ranging range of vehicles, keeping customers on the road and building the kind of hands-on experience that advances careers.

Your day-to-day will include:

- Carrying out log book servicing and scheduled maintenance, giving you consistent variety across makes and models
- Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults, sharpening your diagnostic skills with every job
- Completing safety inspections and quality checks that ensure every vehicle leaving the workshop meets the highest standard
- Working closely with the service team to meet customer timelines, building your ability to manage workflow in a busy dealership environment
- Maintaining accurate job records and parts documentation, building habits that support your professional reputation

About You

You are a qualified trade professional who brings care and attention to every vehicle you work on, and you are ready to grow within a supportive dealership environment.

More about you:

- A Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent trade qualification is essential
- Your current driver's licence means you can move vehicles safely around the dealership as part of your role
- Experience working within a franchised dealership or high-volume workshop will help you settle in quickly




- Strong diagnostic ability across both mechanical and electrical systems sets you apart from the field
