Based on 45 acres in Balnarring Beach on the Mornington Peninsula, our growing not-for-profit organisation brings together therapy, education and developmental programs in a welcoming, natural setting.

About the role

You’ll deliver individualised, evidence-informed occupational therapy to children and families, focusing on meaningful functional outcomes and participation in everyday life.





Your work may include:

- Paediatric OT assessments and ongoing intervention
- Sensory processing, emotional regulation and executive functioning
- Fine and gross motor development
- Daily living skills and independence
- Play, social participation and school readiness
- Parent and caregiver education
- Functional capacity assessments and clinical reporting
- Collaboration with families, educators and other therapists

We want our therapists to have the time and flexibility to deliver quality care, rather than focusing solely on high appointment volumes.

Who we’re looking for

We’re interested in hearing from both experienced paediatric OTs and clinicians looking to transition into paediatric practice.

You’ll need:

- A recognised Occupational Therapy qualification
- Current AHPRA registration
- A current Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain one before commencing child-related work
- Strong communication and clinical documentation skills
- A collaborative, child- and family-centred approach
- An interest in supporting neurodivergent children and children with developmental differences
- Paediatric experience is highly regarded, but we also welcome applicants with transferable experience and a genuine passion for working with children.
