This role will see you leading the multimedia function across Queensland, ensuring the seamless delivery of high quality digital and printed materials that honour and celebrate lives.

The Role n

Working closely with internal teams and supporting a team of Multimedia Assistants, you will take a hands on approach to delivering customised multimedia content for funeral services.

Key responsibilities include n

- Overseeing the end to end production of video tributes, audio and digital content
n
- Managing workflows, schedules and resource allocation to meet deadlines
n
- Leading and supporting a team, with proven people management experience required
n
- Liaising with internal stakeholders and families to gather and curate content
n
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting for multimedia systems
n
- Maintaining high quality standards across all outputs
n
- Collaborating with marketing on template design and creative direction




n
- Managing multimedia resources and ensuring compliance with internal processes
n

You will bring n

- Proven experience in a leadership or people management role which is essential

- Solid background in multimedia production across print and digital content
n
- Proficiency across Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office and digital platforms
n
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
n
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with a range of stakeholders
n
- A creative mindset with a high attention to detail
n
- The ability to remain calm, adaptable and solutions focused
