The Role:

You’ll start as a field-based, face-to-face Sales Associate across Melbourne. You’ll build hands-on sales and marketing experience by representing some of Australia's most recognised brands, giving you the skills and a head-start that most graduates won’t have.

Responsibilities:

- Driving new customer acquisition for our clients in a face-to-face setting
n
- Engaging customers and generating leads through brand campaigns
n
- Managing the needs of potential customers and delivering excellent customer service
n
- Working towards individual and team targets with performance-based incentives
n
- Being part of an ambitious,

Who You Are:

- A recent graduate in marketing, communications, business or a related field
n
- A confident communicator who enjoys connecting with people
n
- Experience in hospitality, retail or customer service
n
- Ambitious, self-motivated and goal-oriented

- Coachable, adaptable and eager to learn
