As a key player in the property sector, they are going through exciting transformation and are currently seeking a detail-oriented Financial Accountant to join their high-performing, close-knit finance team.n
The Role:
n
nReporting to the Group Financial Controller, your responsibilities will include:n
n

n
- Prepare and maintain monthly balance sheet reconciliations
n
- Preparation of month-end financial reports
n
- Posting journals and maintaining general ledger integrity
n
- Assisting with budgeting and forecasting
n
- Working closely with auditors to clear outstanding compliance work
n
- Supporting the team with ad hoc financial tasks
n

About You:
n

n
- CA/CPA/ACCA qualified or working towards it
n
- Prior exposure to property development is desirable, though not essential
n
- Prior experience of working as an auditor is preferred
n
- You bring an engaging personality and transparent, professional communication skills
n
