MMT Care is seeking a House Coordinator to lead a small team supporting a participant to live safely, independently and with dignity in their own home. This role combines active support with House Supervisor duties, reporting to the Operations Manager.

You will mentor and coach Support Workers, run team meetings, manage rostering and ensure documentation meets NDIS and MMT Care standards, while building a home-like, supportive workplace.
