As a Lifestyle Support Worker (LSW), you will support individuals to achieve their personal goals and live meaningful, independent lives.

Your role may include: n

- Supporting daily living activities and community participation.
n
- Encouraging independence, confidence and personal choice.
n
- Assisting with appointments, transport and everyday routines.
n
- Providing respectful, safe and person-centered support.
n
- Maintaining accurate support records and communicating with your team.
n

Involves flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, with possible overnight shifts (please note that you must be willing to travel around the Brisbane area).

Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.

n

Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card), where required.

n

Current driver's licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
