Rashi Joshi is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our skilled kitchen team in Melbourne. Reporting to the Head Chef, you will support daily kitchen operations for catering services and café offerings, thriving in a fast-paced environment while upholding top food safety and teamwork standards.
The role runs 6:30am–3pm, Monday to Friday, with some overtime evening events. You will help manage stock, supervise staff, and contribute to continuous improvement within the kitchen.
