Auto & General Australia is seeking a Desktop Home Assessor to manage end-to-end allocated claims, determining cause, scope and cost for restoration, repair or rebuilding of damaged property while delivering excellent customer service.
You will collaborate with A&G;'s panel of restorers and suppliers to ensure repairs are completed to a high standard and at a fair price, performing damage assessment, scoping, negotiation and audits per regulatory guidelines.
