General Pants is seeking an energetic Assistant Store Manager to help lead the team and bring the GP brand to life in our Northland store. You’ll support day-to-day operations, drive performance and deliver a robust in-store experience, stepping up into higher responsibilities when required.
You will lead by example on the shop floor, coach a team to hit KPI targets, manage roster considerations within wage budgets and ensure VM is on-brand for optimal product placement.
