Mondrian Gold Coast is seeking an experienced senior floor leader to own the evening service and drive guest satisfaction. You will oversee the floor, coordinate pacing, and ensure every guest leaves impressed while supporting the Restaurant Manager.

You will mentor a diverse team, foster a culture of hospitality, and implement revenue-driven strategies during peak nights. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential.
