BNKD Services PTY LTD is a Newcastle-based HDPE pipeline specialist. We work across the water, civil construction, mining, infrastructure, power and utilities sectors, delivering reliable solutions for a range of projects throughout NSW and Australia.

With a strong focus on quality workmanship, safety and project delivery, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Poly Welder / HDPE Pipe Fitter to join our growing team.

About the Role n

Working across a variety of projects throughout NSW, you will be responsible for HDPE pipeline welding, installation and associated site works.

n

Key Responsibilities n

n
- Perform HDPE butt fusion welding across a range of pipe sizes.
n
- Carry out electrofusion welding and associated pipeline installation works.
n
- Complete welding records, QA documentation and daily timesheets.
n
- Assist with pipe fabrication, installation and pressure testing.
n
- Maintain welding equipment, tools and vehicles to a high standard.
n
- Follow site safety procedures, SWMS and quality requirements.
n




- Work collaboratively with site teams, supervisors and other trades.
n

About You n

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

n

n
- Experience in HDPE/poly pipe welding and pipeline installation.
n
- Competency in butt fusion welding, with electrofusion experience highly regarded.
n
- Experience with flange management and tensioning
n
- Experience internal and external debeading
n
- A robust understanding of safe work practices and quality requirements.
n
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
n
- A reliable attitude and commitment to delivering quality workmanship.
n
- A current driver's licence. (HR desirable)
n
- Construction White Card.
n
- The ability to travel to project sites as required.
n

n

Experience with large-diameter HDPE pipelines and welding equipment such as High Pressure and Low Pressure machines will be highly regarded.
