Job Description

Activate Community Services – Mornington VIC is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver community nursing services across Mornington Peninsula and nearby suburbs. Role is casual/part time with home visits and independent practice.

Responsibilities include nursing assessments, care planning, wound care, and coordination with GPs and families. Current AHPRA registration and relevant community/home-care experience are preferred.
