SAP SuccessFactors LMS & PMGM Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors LMS & Performance and Goals Management (PMGM) Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, integrating and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) and Performance & Goals Management (PMGM). You will work closely with customers to understand their business requirements, deliver effective HR solutions and continuously improve system performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors LMS and PMGM.
- Configure and maintain LMS and PMGM to meet business requirements.
- Manage integrations with BizX, HRIS, third-party learning content providers and other systems.
- Work with LMS connectors, Integration Center, system configurations and reporting tools.
- Develop and maintain LMS reports using BIRT/PRD, advanced reporting and ad-hoc reporting.
- Support performance reviews, goal setting, goal cascading and continuous performance management.
- Troubleshoot system issues,



manage incidents and recommend improvements.
- Support system upgrades, testing and ongoing application maintenance.
- Work with customers to understand requirements and provide best-practice recommendations.

Required Skills & Experience

- Experience in end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors LMS and PMGM.
- SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals Management (PMGM) certification.
- Strong experience with LMS configuration, connectors, integrations and HRIS synchronisation.
- Hands-on experience with LMS reporting, including BIRT/PRD and advanced reports.
- Experience integrating third-party learning content providers such as Skillsoft and TACO.
- Good understanding of performance management, goal setting and employee development processes.
- Solid troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with customers and project teams.
