YMCA Victoria is seeking a Centre Manager for Tarneit Early Learning Centre. Drive daily operations, lead a dedicated team, and ensure outstanding delivery of the National Quality Framework across long day care and sessional kinder settings.

You’ll spearhead community engagement and child-centred service philosophy in a supportive, values-driven environment. Salary is $106,625 + super, with full-time perks.
