We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for a skilled Service Technician to join our team.
If you have hands-on experience with security systems or nurse call and take pride in your technical ability and customer care, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Conducting service calls, troubleshooting, and small installations
- Maintaining and supporting nurse call systems, CCTV, access control, or other security solutions
- Working independently on client sites across
- Ensuring service quality meets SLAs and safety compliance
- Collaborating with the tech team and communicating effectively with clients
You’ll Need:
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in security, nurse call, access control or related low-voltage systems
- Victorian security license or eligibility to obtain one
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical confidence
- Professional attitude with great customer service focus
- Ability to travel across metro and regional NSW as required
- A current driver's license
