We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a Digital Case Management System program. This role will suit a highly capable Business Analyst with strong CRM knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics.

nKey Responsibilities n

n
- Lead business analysis activities across the project lifecycle, ensuring requirements are delivered on time and to a high standard.
n
n
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, interviews and consultations to gather
n
n
- Map business processes and requirements to Microsoft Dynamics CRM functionality
n
n
- Validate proposed solutions through requirements walkthroughs
n
n
- Manage requirements traceability, project documentation, BA reporting and stakeholder communications.

n
nKey Skills and Experience n
n

n
n
- 10+ years' experience as a Senior Business Analyst in complex business environments
n
n
- Robust CRM knowledge and demonstrated experience with Microsoft Dynamics
n
n
- Proven expertise in requirements gathering, business process analysis, process mapping
n
n
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation
n
n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Visio, Office applications, JIRA and SharePoint, with experience in BPMN 2.0
n
n
