Bright Horizons Australia Childcare Hatton Valeis seeking a passionate Early Childhood Teacher with a commitment to providing excellence in care. The successful applicants will possess a passion for high quality care and education and available Monday to Friday on a permanent basis.

The service operates 6:30am-6.30pm and is licensed for 75 places, catering for 0 to 5-year-olds. We are a friendly, welcoming and supportive team and provide professional development opportunities that will help you to progress and grow within the Early Childhood industry.

Applicantsmusthold a Bachelor of Education (EarlyChildhood)

Hold Teacher Registration or ability to obtain

Current Blue Card/ Exemption Card

First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Willing to be proactive in implementing authentic and meaningful programs based on children's voice.

Bright, friendly and energetic

Strong understanding of QLD Kindergarten Guidelines (QKLG) Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)

Motivation and passion for providing an exceptional learning experience

Solid leadership and problem solving skills

Child Protection training/ GECCKO Training

The positions encompass the following:-

Assisting in planning and implementing a play-based,



emergent curriculum in line with the QKLG

Assessing the needs of each child, monitoring their progress & ensuring school readiness

Building and maintaining strong relationships with team members, parents, children and the wider community

Maintaining a positive working relationship with all team members

Maintaining and managing the resources and environment for your room

Ensuring health & safety standards are followed to a high standard at all times
