Azure is seeking a reliable and hardworking Site Labourer to join our construction team. Working alongside our Site Managers and Foremen, you'll play an important role in keeping our projects running safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in maintaining a safe and organised site, and wants to be part of a supportive construction team delivering quality projects.

We are looking for Site Labourers for our Buderim, Southport and Brookwater site.

For our Southport site, we are after someone that is a certified traffic controller or we are more than happy to support you to complete your traffic controller course. A Manitou + Forklift ticket is desired.

For our Buderim site, we are seeking someone whoholds a Conduct Telescopic Materials Handler Operations (RIIHAN309F) qualification and has demonstrated operating experience.

About The Role

As a Site Labourer, you will support daily construction activities by assisting with site preparation, material handling, site maintenance, and general labouring duties. You will help maintain a protected, clean, and productive work environment while working closely with site supervisors and subcontractors.





Key Responsibilities

- Assist with site setup, cleaning, and ongoing maintenance
- Load, unload, and move construction materials safely
- Operate hand and power tools in accordance with safety requirements
- Maintain clean, organised, and secure work areas
- Support Site Managers and Foremen with day-to-day site activities
- Assist with site amenities and housekeeping
- Attend toolbox talks and safety meetings
- Identify and report hazards, incidents, and unsafe work practices
- Follow all company and site-specific WHS requirementsSupport the safe use, maintenance, and storage of tools and equipment

About You

- Previous experience in a construction labouring or similar role (preferred)
- A strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- The ability to work well within a team environment
- A proactive and reliable approach to work
- Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently when required
- Understanding of construction site operations (desirable)
- Current White Card (Construction Induction Card)
- Willingness to undertake a Criminal History Check
