The Role
n We are seeking an Assistant Financial Analyst with solid analytical skills to join our APAC Finance team on a permanent basis. We are flexible for this role to be based out of Brisbane (Northgate) or Sydney (Erskine Park). Reporting to the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, you will have a strong customer focus and play an important role in business analysis, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

Your responsibilities will include –

- Provision of accurate and timely customer and supplier reporting.
n
- Daily reporting of sales versus target to senior management and the wider business.
n
- Pricing maintenance support and analysis.
n
- Management of monthly KPI reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
n
- Sales variance reporting and maintenance of customer reporting data.
n
- Provision of assistance with budgets and forecasts.
n
- Maintenance of BI tools and reporting systems.
n
- Data support for sales, purchasing and warehouse teams.
n

About You

n

Ideally you will display –

n

n
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a corporate environment.
n




- Sound business analysis skills and exceptional attention to detail.
n
- A driven attitude with a motivation to deliver and progress within the organisation.
n
- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Finance or studying towards.
n
- Strong MS Excel and PowerBI skills.
n
- The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
n
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
n
- Demonstrated self-motivation and the willingness to learn.
n
