Responsibilities:

- Assist in the preparation of food items as directed by the chefs

- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas
n
- Wash and sanitise kitchen utensils, equipment, and surfaces
n
- Support the chefs during service by ensuring timely availability of ingredients
n




- Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times
n
- Assist with stock management and inventory control
n
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the kitchen manager
n

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality environment is preferred

- Basic food safety and hygiene knowledge

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Solid communication and teamwork skills

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
