About the Role:

Our client is currently seeking skilled Paralegals to join their Brisbane CBD office. These full-time roles are perfect for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for meticulous file management across a range of legal specialisations.

Discharge Paralegal Responsibilities:

n

n
- Assessing instructions and requesting payout figures
n
- Liaising with clients and external stakeholders
n
- Coordinating settlements via paper or PEXA
n
- Managing files with precision and efficiency
n

n

SMSF / New Lending Paralegal Responsibilities:

n

n




- Preparing and reviewing mortgage documentation
n
- Ensuring all legal requirements are met for lender certifications
n
- Coordinating settlements, including preparation and registration of documents
n
- Maintaining up-to-date workflow milestones and system records
n

n

About You:

n

To excel in these roles, you will need a strong customer service ethos, keen attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks under tight deadlines. A background in conveyancing or banking as a Paralegal, along with exceptional communication and organisational skills, is essential.

Key Requirements:

n

n
- 1-2 years' experience in Conveyancing or Banking as a Paralegal
n
- Excellent client relationship management abilities
n
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
n
- Ability to manage files from start to finish
n
- High-level written and verbal communication skills
n
- Team-oriented with a proactive and adaptable approach
