Minor Hotels is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for Avani Living Queen's Wharf Residences in Brisbane. You will lead daily hotel operations, oversee Front Office, Housekeeping and Maintenance, and drive guest experiences with a hands-on leadership style.

In this role you will balance service excellence with solid commercial outcomes, coach high-performing teams, and manage budgets and revenue opportunities to deliver owner value.
