Davidson Property is a rapidly growing, independently owned real estate agency based on the Gold Coast, and we're looking for an ambitious, commercially driven Senior Commercial Property Manager to join our team.

This isn't your typical commercial property management position.

With an existing portfolio of substantial commercial assets, including office buildings, retail tenancies and commercial investments, you'll be stepping into a well-established operation with genuine opportunities to expand.

About the Role

You'll take responsibility for the day-to-day management of our existing commercial portfolio while actively identifying opportunities to expand the division.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing a portfolio of commercial office, retail and other commercial properties.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with commercial landlords, tenants and investors.
- Managing commercial lease negotiations, renewals, rent reviews and lease administration.
- Overseeing commercial property maintenance, contractor relationships and compliance requirements.
- Coordinating outgoings, budgets and annual reconciliations.
- Identifying and securing new commercial leasing opportunities.
- Conducting inspections, negotiating lease terms and working with prospective tenants.




- Proactively identifying new commercial management opportunities.
- Helping develop and implement strategies to grow the commercial portfolio.
- Working directly with the Director to develop the commercial division.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with the experience to manage substantial commercial assets, but also the ambition and energy to take the division to the next level.

Ideally, you'll have:

- Proven experience in commercial property management with a minimum of 5 years.
- Experience with office buildings, retail properties and larger commercial assets.
- Strong knowledge of commercial leasing, lease negotiations, rent reviews and outgoings.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach to property management.
- The confidence to manage a portfolio independently.
- A genuine interest in commercial leasing and business development.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to build a successful long-term career.
- Appropriate Queensland real estate licensing or registration.
